Leventhorpe Vineyard – Hill Field 2014
£14.00
The wine is named after Leventhorpe’s vineyard field which has been an enclosure since Anglo-Saxon times. It’s made from a mix of Madeline Angevine and Seyval grapes to produce a completely unique one of a kind white wine. As a result, you’ll find notes of apricot, peach and citrus with a lovely lingering spice.
This wine is called a “Yorkshire Wine” as Leventhorpe Vineyard has obtained a PGI (Protected Geographical Indication). Before release their wines go through a system of independent testing and tasting, for quality and provenance, to obtain the PGI.
